- 1 beef bullion
- 1 carrot (cubed)

- Cooking the Base Ingredients

- Simmering and Finishing

Let it boil until the rice softens, which usually takes about 10 minutes. Once the rice turns into a porridge-like consistency, stir in coconut milk and season with salt. Add grounded black pepper, bullion, potatoes, and carrots. Cook for an additional 10 minutes, then remove from heat. Finally, garnish with parsley and fried onions before serving.
