Egyptian actor, comedian, film producer, and TV host Ahmed Helmy was diagnosed with cancer and was treated in 2014 by removing the tumor from a muscle in his back.

2. Yasmine Ghaith 

The Egyptian fashion designer and actress was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer in 2016. Ghaith defeated breast cancer and survived the battle and she is a cancer awareness advocate now.

3. Elissa

The Lebanese singer opened up about her journey with breast cancer back in 2018. She revealed her battle with the disease in her clip "Ela Kol Ely Beyheboony" (To All Those Who Love Me) in which the superstar is seen undergoing an MRI scan on December 26, 2017.
