Enjoy the beautiful melodies of the late Egyptian national icon Umm Kulthum in a concert titled 'Umm Kulthum & the Golden Era' at the Bahrain National Theatre on Jan. 25 and Jan. 26.

The concert will begin at 8:00 p.m. and the performance will be in English.
Umm Kulthum
Umm Kulthum was an Egyptian singer, songwriter, and actress who was granted the honorific title of Kawkab al Sahrq (Star of the East).
She was also known as the 'Voice of Egypt' and 'Egypt's Fourth Pyramid'.
The Rolling Stone ranked Umm Kulthum sixty-first on the list of '200 Greatest Singers of All Time' in 2023.
Some of Umm Kulthum's most famous songs are 'El Awela fel Gharam', 'El Atlal', and 'Alf Leila Wa Leila'.
