Fans were waiting to see how Portuguese football star and Al Nassr player Cristiano Ronaldo celebrated Saudi Founding Day and his team finally released some pictures on their official Instagram handle.

In the pictures, Ronaldo is shown wearing a traditional thobe and interacting with a falcon placed on his arm.

All Al Nassr players were dressed in traditional thobes and ghataras (male headdresses). 

The players danced the Ardah (traditional Saudi dance) and even played the tar (drum).

Al Nassr also shared videos of how the football club set up a traditional majlis for Saudi Founding Day and how the club celebrated this holiday. 

In one of the videos, Ronaldo says, "For me, it's amazing to celebrate the second Saudi Founding Day. It's special to be here."

He also said, "It's my second year in Saudi [and] I am so proud. My family is so happy."

The Al Nassr celebrations also included other international football stars Marcelo Brozovic, Aymeric Laporte, Sadio Mane, Anderson Talisca, Alex Telles, and Otávio Monteiro.

The team's manager Luis Castro also donned the traditional dress for the festivities and joined the dancing during the Saudi Founding Day festivities. 

Other than Ronaldo, Neymar and Karim Benzema also participated in the Saudi Founding Day celebrations of their teams. 

The French footballer Benzema also donned a traditional black thobe and ghatara for his first Founding Day celebrations. 

The football stars looked spectacularly dressed in Saudi traditional attire and they happily enjoyed the Founding Day festivities.
