Ministry of Works announces temporary closure of northbound Sahla Avenue slow lane near Shaikh Salman Highway for essential utility work.

The Ministry of Works has announced that a section of Sahla Avenue in the North Sehla area will see a temporary closure of its slow lane to facilitate electrical cable work for the Electricity & Water Authority.

The closure affects the northbound slow lane near the intersection with Shaikh Salman Highway. To ensure traffic continues to flow, one lane will remain open for motorists throughout the work period.

The lane will be closed over two consecutive weekends, beginning Friday, January 16, and continuing through Saturday, January 24. Each closure period will start at 12:00 a.m. on Friday and conclude at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
