It is at times in a room that you get to see how some guys move a conversation without pushing. They listen and then contribute something that would fit well and everybody tables some. It's not loud or showy. Women learn the skills of men that are authentic, the mundane ones that are evident in conversations or minor judgments. Not all people can see at once. I find myself turning a blind eye to them as well, until something forces it in my thoughts again.
