Within the framework of the efforts of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to facilitate the procedures for the arrival of pilgrims from outside the Kingdom, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has made it possible to self-submit for pilgrims coming from outside the Kingdom to choose Umrah packages through the electronic platform “Maqam” within easy electronic procedures that ensure the preservation of their rights and the provision of services with high quality.
Umrah pilgrims coming from outside the Kingdom can choose one of the authorized agents’ platforms via the unified platform link, as well as book services and obtain a reference number for the visa application to complete the online payment process via credit cards.

The website’s services also include the possibility of choosing the flight path between Makkah, Jeddah, and Madinah, booking airline tickets, and booking internal transportation services in the Kingdom, with the possibility of booking residential accommodation, and sending a visa application to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
This visa lasts for 90 days since its issuance and allows pilgrims the freedom to move between Saudi cities to learn about the cultural diversity of the Kingdom.
