Yogurt Ingredients
2 cups yogurt
1 1/2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
1 1/2 tbsp Ginger paste and Garlic paste
1 1/2 tsp Salt
Pakoda
1 cup Urad Dal kept for soaking overnight
2 tbsp Coriander & Mint leaves
1 tbsp Soda Powder
2-3 Green chilies
Salt to taste
For Seasoning
4-5 tbsp Oil
4-5 Dried Red chilies
2 tbsp Mustard seeds
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder

    Mix all the Yogurt ingredients. Grind the Urad Dal soaked with all the Pakoda ingredients and fry them on low/medium flame. Add the pakodas to the yogurt. Prepare the seasoning in hot oil and season on top of the Dahi Bhallas. Your Dahi Bhallas are ready!
