Muhallebi

4 cups whole milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon rose water or orange blossom water
Crushed pistachios or almonds, for garnish
Ground cinnamon or nutmeg, for garnish

  3. Adding Flavor
