Al Hosn app has announced updates to the Green Pass Protocol, covering 6 segments of society; The vaccinated, the exempted, the volunteers, the visitors, the recovered, and individuals receiving EVUSHELD treatment.

In detail, the update for the vaccinated category included the need for individuals who received two doses of vaccination before completing six months, to obtain a negative result for a PCR examination every 30 days to maintain the green status within the application.

Individuals vaccinated with a booster dose after completing six months must obtain a negative PCR result every 30 days.

Individuals who received two doses of vaccination without a booster dose after completing six months must obtain a negative PCR result every seven days.

Updates also included that the exempted and volunteers must obtain a negative PCR result every 30 days, to maintain their green status.

The update for visitors who obtained approval for vaccination by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Ports Security included a negative result for the PCR test every 30 days, while individuals who did not obtain approval for vaccination must obtain a negative result for PCR test every seven days.

As for the recovered, they must adhere to the home quarantine for a period of five days or obtain two negative results for the PCR test, and they will receive the green pass automatically on the sixth day of infection, and the green condition continues to apply for 30 days, while individuals who receive the “EVUSHELD” treatment must obtain a negative result for PCR test every seven days.
