The Secretary-General of Bahrain Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) Dr. Mustafa Al Sayed has received the 'Pioneer in Humanitarian Work' award from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).

Dr. Al Sayed received the award for his notable work and contributions through RHF to the UNHCR. 

The UNHCR gave this award to Al Sayed on the sidelines of the Global Refugees Forum held in Geneva, which was hosted by the UN in partnership with Switzerland. 

Upon the reception of this award, Dr. Al Sayed expressed his gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Honorary President of RHF, for his initiatives of humanitarian work.

Dr. Al Sayed also appreciated the contributions of Bahrain's Prime Minister His Royal Highness Sheikh Salman and His Highness Sheikh Nasser's contributions to RHF.
