First Arabic Pop-Up Event by Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay

Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay provides their visitors with a new Experience, where they can explore the traditional Arabic dishes with a modern twist in a beautifully transformed space from sunset until late, by the Hotel’s newly appointed Oriental Specialty Chef Tony El Khoury.

Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay decided to launch a new series of immersive culinary pop-up experiences that will spotlight various specialty chefs and international cuisines throughout 2022. The series started with the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay’s first-ever Arabic pop-up dining experience at the Beach Deck. The first event of the series is led by the Hotel’s newly appointed Oriental Specialty Chef Tony El Khoury.

About Arabic pop-up Dining Experience 

The guests will sit at a table overlooking the sea and a vast night sky towering above Manama’s sparkling city lights, rounded by a local Arabic heritage theme, including traditional décor and contemporary touches. The event is complete with DJ entertainment on Thursday and Friday evenings from 07:00 to 11:00 pm. An à la carte menu offers freshly prepared dishes complimented with a premium selection of Moroccan tea, Arabic coffee, and Turkish coffee. 

About Chef Tony El Khoury 

Tony El Khoury is a Lebanese chef born in Zahlé, Lebanon. He spent the last twelve years honing his culinary skills for various acclaimed restaurants in the Middle East and now looks forward to further enhancing the commitment of Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay to being the hotel of choice for the best Arabic cuisine in the kingdom – whether for offsite events or the much-anticipated Ramadan nights. What makes Chef Tony’s aim is to preserve the tradition of classic Arabic dishes while elevating them through the introduction of new techniques and flavors.

Arabic pop-up dining experience by the four Seasons Hotel Bahrain takes place from Tuesday, February 22, until Saturday, March 26, 2022 (closed on Sunday and Monday), from 06:00 pm – 12:00 midnight.
