So many nights spent laughing with friends at our favorite bars it happens. And as we're sipping on that third drink and belting along (badly) off-key songs. But let me ask, do you ever take notice of the bartender working tirelessly behind those busy counters? Do they get a smile from us when their shift's almost over? It can be easy to lose track amidst all these social vibes but what if we took just one moment each night out with friends (or even by ourselves) and thought about our impact on that bar, its staff. I reckon it could make quite the difference in how everyone walks away feeling at daybreak's light
