Saudi Ports Authority (MAWANI) has launched a new maritime link connecting Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. The GULF SHUTTLE shipping service, operated by MSC, runs between King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam and Khalifa bin Salman Port in Bahrain, with a capacity of up to 3,000 standard containers.

Boosting regional maritime connectivity

This service is part of MAWANI’s push to expand shipping networks and improve connections across the Gulf. It aims to make cargo movement faster, more efficient, and more reliable for regional trade.
