Heat Alert: Bahrain to Hit 45°C on August 14th, Says Meteorological

The Meteorological Directorate under the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications predicts periods of hot and humid weather.

The wind is expected to be variable, ranging from 5 to 10 knots, coming from the north direction. At certain points during the day, the wind speed might increase to 12 to 17 knots.

In terms of sea conditions, waves are expected to be around 1 to 2 feet closer to the shore and 2 to 4 feet farther offshore.

Temperature-wise, the highest temperature is expected to reach 45 ºC, while the lowest will be around 31 ºC. Humidity levels are forecasted to vary between a maximum of 80% and a minimum of 15%.
