Keema Pasta

250g pasta of your choice
250g minced meat (beef or lamb)
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch ginger, grated
1 green chili, chopped (optional)
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt, to taste
Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish

    Boil water in a large pot and add salt. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Keema

    In a separate pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add Aromatic Spices

    Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chili to the onions. Sauté until fragrant.
