Why did Shahid Kapoor Lodge a Complaint Against a Starkid in 2012?

In 2012, Shahid Kapoor filed a case against Vastavikta, the daughter of Raaj Kumar, to the police, claiming that she followed him everywhere he went.

Vastavikta made many attempts to show him that she was his biggest fan, including following him to filming locations, blocking his path when he stepped outside, and sitting on the bonnet of his car. 

Vastavikta Pandit has also made an attempt at acting in movies. Vastavikta made her acting debut in 1996, however, her movie did poorly at the box office. She made several attempts, but she was unable to establish herself in the field. 

The most unsettling thing that happened was when she moved into a house next to Shahid's and started identifying herself as his wife to neighbors. Vastavikta was able to escape when Shahid filed a complaint against her.

On another note, Shahid Kapoor is happily married to Mira Rajput Kapoor, and the couple has two children together, Misha and Zain Kapoor.
