The Bahrain Hajj Mission recently held a key coordination meeting with licensed Bahraini tour operators to make sure everything runs smoothly for this year’s Hajj season. The goal? A well-organised and safe journey for all pilgrims heading to the holy sites.

Major Ahmed Al Ahmed, Head of the Security Committee for the Bahrain Hajj Mission, took a moment to thank the tour operators for their consistent cooperation. He acknowledged their efforts in following the guidelines set by both the Bahrain Hajj Mission and the authorities in Saudi Arabia, something that plays a major role in keeping pilgrims safe.
During the meeting, Major Al Ahmed also highlighted the importance of ongoing collaboration. He stressed that only through continued teamwork between the mission and tour operators can Bahrain deliver a successful and well-coordinated Hajj experience for all its pilgrims.

Nasser Al Saadoun, another member of the Security Committee, shared the official transport plan for the pilgrimage. He explained that the purpose of the meeting was to clearly communicate how pilgrims will be moved to and from the holy sites. This includes sticking to specific timings and routes for each tour campaign, as instructed by Saudi authorities, to make sure the process is smooth, safe, and comfortable for everyone involved.
With strong coordination and careful planning, Bahrain is aiming for a seamless Hajj season this year.
