In response to the crisis, Bahrain’s Ministry of Labour swiftly launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the company's closure. Moreover, the ministry embarked on a proactive mission to aid displaced employees in their quest for new employment opportunities.
Acknowledging the plight of affected workers, the ministry goes above and beyond legal obligations, ensuring that laid-off staff receive compensation packages and unemployment benefits for up to nine months. Additionally, the ministry actively facilitates job placements by liaising with potential employers seeking to harness the skills of these experienced professionals.
