The flag carrier of Jordan Royal Jordanian Airlines will launch a flight service for the route from Amman to Bahrain on June 22nd, 2023.

The airline will provide direct flights four times a week on this flight route via the A320/A321 Airbus and the Embraer E195 E-Jet.
The airline also plans to increase its fleet size from 24 aircraft to more than 40 aircraft during the next three to five years in order to meet the requirements of expanding its flight network.
In 2023, the airline also plans to launch flight services to Al Ula in Saudi Arabia, Stockholm, and Düsseldorf. The airline will operate flight service to Al Ula within the third quarter of 2023.
