Great Place to Work® Middle East Certifies 7awi Media Group for 2023

This prestigious award reaffirms 7awi Media Group in the UAE and Jordan's unwavering commitment to fostering and supportive workplace culture, placing it among the top workplaces in the region.

7awi Media Group employees have once again participated in the Great Place to Work® survey held in July of 2023. The certification comes as a testament to the confidence of our own employees in the vision and mission of 7awi Media Group. Notably, a resounding 98% of employees rated 7awi as a physically safe place to work, while an impressive 96% acknowledged the fairness of treatment regardless of gender. Additionally, a 96% significant majority praised the approachability and ease of communication with the management team and 95% feel they make a difference at 7awi.

This recognition comes after achieving the certification last year (2022-2023) and reflects employees’ opinions of management.
