Here's the Bizarre Reason Why an FIR Has Been Filed Against Gauri Khan

A Mumbai man has filed a police report against Shah Rukh Khan's wife Gauri Khan, claiming that she deceived him by appearing in advertising for a real estate firm, leading him to reserve an apartment he never received.

According to Kirat Jaswant Shah, the firm for whom Gauri Khan serves as brand ambassador demanded 86 lakh rupees from him for a flat in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, but failed to deliver it in 2016 as promised. 
 

He has filed an FIR  in Lucknow against Gauri Khan, who has been accused of "breach of contract", managing director of Tulsiyani Construction, Anil Kumar Tulsiyani, and director Mahesh Tulsiyani. Shah claims in the case that Gauri Khan's 2015 advertisement for the project was a factor in his decision to purchase the apartment.
