Sheikh Rashid Al Khalifa to Showcase His Artwork at Giza Pyramids!

A member of Bahrain's royal family, chairman of Bahrain's National Council of Arts, and well-renowned artist Sheikh Rashid Al Khalifa will showcase his artwork at the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt.

Sheikh Rashid's latest masterpiece 'Reality is Timeless' will be featured at the upcoming art exhibition 'ForeverisNowIII', which will be held from Oct. 26 until Nov. 18 at the Giza Pyramids in Egypt. 

Sheikh Rashid's artwork plays on the concepts of time and discovery as it takes inspiration from ancient mythology. 

In this art piece, Sheikh Rashid creates fragments of a labyrinth and each fragment depicts the unique motifs derived from the diagram of the Egyptian labyrinth as presented by the 17th-century scholar Athanasius Kircher in his book “Turris Babel” (1679).

In addition to being the Chairman of Bahrain's National Council of Arts, Sheikh Rashid is also the honorary president of the Bahrain Arts Society.

Sheikh Rashid's artwork features impressionist pieces of the landscapes and traditional architecture of Bahrain. 

His artistic career spans over a period of 50 years and he has participated in various local and international art exhibitions.
