Bahrain Annual Fine Arts Exhibition Kicks Off on May 11th

The 49th Bahrain Annual Fine Arts Exhibition will open tomorrow at the Bahrain National Theater, organized by the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain.

The gallery will be opening its doors to the public daily from 8am to 8pm until July 10^th. It will be closed on Tuesdays.

The exhibition returns this year with a wide range of artistic participation from 55 Bahraini artists.

It will exhibit more than 100 pieces from media like watercolors, oil, sculpture, video installations, and more.

During the exhibition, the memory of the late Bahraini artist Khalil Al Hashimi will be revived, and the last decade of his life as the sculptor of “Aldana Award”, which is the 1st prize for the winners at the Bahrain Annual Fine Arts Exhibition.
