Bahrain's LMRA Launches E-Service to Settle Business Violations

The Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) has announced the trial launch of its Electronic Settlement service (E-Settlement), aiming to streamline compliance procedures for businesses. This initiative allows employers to efficiently settle eligible criminal violations through a user-friendly online platform, reducing the need for physical visits.

Efficient Resolution Process for Employers

E-Settlement simplifies the resolution process by enabling employers to electronically settle eligible criminal violations directly from their offices. The platform facilitates instant settlement fee payments through secure online channels or accredited banks, swiftly rectifying the establishment's legal status and removing administrative notices.

Employers receive notifications via SMS and email and can commence the settlement process through LMRA's online 'E-Support' system upon approval.

Streamlined Workflow

The workflow involves electronic application submission and processing, automatic invoice generation post-approval, and immediate violation clearance upon settlement payment.

For inquiries or additional information, businesses can reach out to the LMRA call center at 17506055.
