Bahrain's e-passport was ranked as the most beautiful passport in the world, according to the renowned Regula organization.

The Bahraini e-passport has been designed to have the highest level of security including the color portrait of the passport holder and HID's unique security feature Mirage, which protects the structure of the document and the holder's portrait.

The Bahraini passport pays homage to its rich culture and history as a pearl trading hub. It showcases Bahrain's oil derricks that have eventually replaced those pearl divers.
