Food Prices in Bahrain to go Down by 10%

The Consumer Protection Services Department of Bahrain has collaborated with commercial establishments in an initiative to reduce the cost of essential food products.

According to the assistant undersecretary, the Consumer Protection Services Department developed this initiative with the intention of offering consumers, citizens, and residents of the kingdom the lowest price for commodities and food products at a reasonable price.

This was done with the participation of major commodities and food shops, and the goal was to reduce the price of 10 out of 15 food products by no less than 10%.
