Man Got Jailed for Attacking Bahrain Police with Farming Tool

A 30-year-old man was sentenced to jail in Bahrain after being arrested due to assaulting Bahrain police officers with a farming tool. The suspect was in a fight with his brother at his family’s garage, and the policeman tried stopping the man and got attacked & injured.

The suspect's father called the police for assistance, who opened the garage door, following the father's request. The suspect verbally attacked the officers before launching an attack with a farming tool, causing injuries. The officer was, as a result, unable to perform duty for 20 days.

The public prosecution charged the man with assaulting law enforcement officers during their duty and verbally assaulting them.
