Qatar Airways has announced the opening of a new lounge for frequent travelers in Terminal 4 at London Heathrow Airport. The new lounge is the first of its kind outside the State of Qatar, to receive Privilege Club members and frequent travelers through "one world" companies exclusively.

The Frequent travelers' Lounge in Terminal 4 is located directly below the luxurious lounge on one floor and welcomes members of the Qatar Airways Privilege Club and travelers via partner airlines, such as members of the British Airways Executive Club and other members of the oneworld alliance. This lounge, with its modern interior design, overlooks the airport runway and offers guests a rich menu of hot and cold dishes and a selection of beverages.

Dedicated to enhancing the passenger experience at London Heathrow Airport, Qatar Airways has dedicated a new, luxurious and separate lounge to check-in passengers in First Class and Business Class only. Within this new check-in area, passengers can relax in peace with refreshing beverages, while all necessary formalities are completed. After receiving their boarding pass and express service privilege, passengers can immediately head to the passenger terminal, where they have ample time to prepare for their flights.

After resuming our flights from London Gatwick, our return to London Heathrow confirms our strong commitment to the UK market.

we always look forward to providing more distinguished services to travelers through Qatar Airways.”

In a related context, Qatar Airways announced the re-operation of the Airbus A380 aircraft to Perth, Australia, via daily flights, starting from December 6, 2022, instead of the Boeing B777-300ER.

Qatar Airways will provide passengers with the opportunity to experience an exceptional travel experience on board the Airbus A380, a double-decker aircraft with a dedicated lounge.

The giant aircraft offers eight seats in First Class, 48 seats in Business Class, and 461 seats in Economy Class and is the largest passenger aircraft in the world.

This aircraft type update is part of the recent strategic partnership between Qatar Airways and Virgin Australia, and the codeshare agreement will expand the flight network, lounge features, and loyalty programs for the two airlines, providing significant benefits and new destinations for travelers.

The partnership which was announced this September will see seamless travel to more than 150 destinations across the Qatar Airways and Virgin Australia networks, opening a new gateway to travel between Australia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa, including popular destinations such as London, Paris, Rome, and Athens.

Perth is one of Australia's most culture-rich cities, which stands out for its many attractions. Therefore, the increase in passenger capacity will further enhance Qatar Airways' commitment to travelers in Australia by providing more travel options to many destinations across its global network.
