According to the Chief Prosecutor of Ministries and Public Entities, the action came after the Ministry of Education submitted detailed reports based on field inspections. These inspections were carried out by specialised teams across different parts of the Kingdom.

The investigations revealed that the institutions were offering academic programs in various disciplines to children and teenagers between the ages of 3 and 18. Shockingly, some of these places had up to 60 students enrolled, without having secured the necessary approvals or licenses from the relevant authorities.

The crackdown is part of ongoing efforts to ensure the safety and legality of educational services offered to families in Bahrain. Operating without a license not only violates the law but also puts students’ well-being and academic progress at risk.
